Downtown Parking Assessment
The City of Roseburg has begun a process of re-evaluating the parking in the downtown and Laurelwood neighborhood districts. The City has formed a Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) to work with staff to oversee the development of a new parking management system. To guide us with this process, the City has hired an independent consultant to create a Downtown Parking Assessment. The SAC will review the assessment and work with staff to create a series of guiding principles that will form the basis of a new parking management program. The City will host a series of four SAC meetings, starting in September 2020, with the consultant to develop the parking management program, which will be implemented in 2021. The following information includes links to documents, meeting notes, and other pertinent links to keep you informed of the process.
