NE Winchester Street temporary closure

ROSEBURG, Ore. – The southbound lane of NE Winchester Street will closed between NE Wright Avenue and NE Diamond Lake Boulevard for pavement restoration work.

The southbound NE Winchester Street will be close to all traffic between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, as contractors compete pavement repairs to NE Winchester Street.

Traffic control signs will be in place to detour southbound motorists around the closure. A northbound lane of traffic will remain open through the work zone.

The City appreciates motorists’ understanding and patience during this closure, and asks motorists to use caution when traveling through the work zone.
