An Oregon resident reportedly stashed the first documented geocache near Beavercreek, Ore., in 2000. That means we are celebrating 25 years of geocaching!

Come join the fun, at Stewart Park Large Pavilion, as we kick-off our Discover Roseburg 14 / Land of Umpqua Geocache Series! Pick up your passport on Saturday, February 1, 2025, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm at the Stewart Park Large Pavilion / Roseburg, OR.

This geocache series, which consists of 5 traditional and 15 temporary caches, will lead cachers to sites in and around Roseburg. Limited edition Discover Roseburg / Land of Umpqua Geocoins (200 available) will be awarded to those who complete the geocache series! This is a FREE, fun, family-friendly activity that can be completed on your own time if unable to finish on the day of the event. Join us and explore Roseburg!
