City offices to close for Thanksgiving
ROSEBURG, Ore. – City of Roseburg buildings will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Roseburg City Hall, the Roseburg Public Safety Center, Roseburg Public Library and other City buildings will be closed to the public. Police and firefighters will continue to provide public safety throughout the holiday.
The library at 1409 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, through Saturday, Nov. 30, for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The library is not open on Sundays. In addition, the book drop in the library parking lot will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, through Sunday, Dec. 1. However, the library does not assess overdue fines. Regular library hours will resume at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Lobbies at City Hall, 900 SE Douglas Ave., and the Public Safety Center, 700 SE Douglas Ave., are normally open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m.
