City buildings to close for holidays
ROSEBURG, Ore. – City of Roseburg buildings will be closed Monday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday, and Monday, Jan. 1, for the New Year holiday.
Roseburg City Hall, the Roseburg Public Safety Center, Roseburg Public Library and other City buildings will be closed to the public on those days.
In addition, the library at 1409 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. will be closed Friday, Dec. 22, through Tuesday, Dec. 26, for the holiday and carpet cleaning. During that time, the book-drop bin in the parking lot will be locked and unavailable for material returns.
Police and firefighters will continue to provide public safety throughout the holiday.
Lobbies at City Hall, 900 SE Douglas Ave., and the Public Safety Center, 700 SE Douglas Ave., are normally open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The library’s regular hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library is closed to the public Sundays and Mondays.
City buildings will resume regular hours on Wednesday, Dec. 27.
