Public Comments Via Zoom During City Council Meetings

Roseburg, OR – The City of Roseburg is pleased to announce the public can now provide comments to the City Council through an upgraded version of Zoom during the City Council meeting. 

To provide comment during virtual meetings, the public is asked to contact the City Recorder by phone (541-492-6866) or email (info@cityofroseburg.org) by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.  After providing their name, address, phone number and which item on the agenda they wish to speak, a link and phone number to the Council meeting will be provided.  The citizen can then log or call in prior to the start of the meeting using the link or phone number provided.  Further information on providing comment during the City Council meetings can be found on the City’s website at https://www.cityofroseburg.org/your-government/mayor-council/council-agendas

The public may view the City Council meetings on Facebook Live at the time of the meeting, or on the City website the next day at:  https://www.cityofroseburg.org/your-government/mayor-council/council-videos
