Exit 124/125 Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP) and Garden Valley Corridor Plan.

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the City of Roseburg are working together to plan for community travel needs surrounding the Downtown/Harvard (124) and Garden Valley Boulevard (125) exits off of Interstate 5, as well as in the Garden Valley Boulevard Corridor from NE Stephens Street to NW Stewart Parkway.
