Located in southeast Roseburg, in the heart of downtown, on the northwest corner of Jackson St. and Lane Ave.

This small 1/4 acre urban park was completely renovated in 2002.  It consists of concrete picnic tables with chess boards incorporated, benches, Hebe statue with separate drinking fountains for humans and dogs, open lawn area and landscaping.  A nice place to rest and relax while shopping downtown.
