Apply for a library card
Complete this form (Español) and email it to library@cityofroseburg.org. In addition, email a picture of your photo ID. If your ID does not have your current address, email a picture of a piece of mail with current postmark that includes your name and current address.
Residents of the City of Roseburg receive a card at no cost. Most others pay $15 per quarter or $60 annually; however, there are exceptions for full-time teachers and school media specialists as well as students in the Roseburg Public School District geographic area. Douglas County SNAP card holders are eligible for a free one-year sponsorship subject to availability.
