City offices close Nov. 11 for Veterans Day
Roseburg City Hall, the Public Safety Center and other City buildings will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day, a federal holiday to honor all vets who’ve served in war or peace.

Water main replacement begins Nov. 1
Southbound N.E. Stephens Street between Hooker Road and Isabell Avenue will be closed intermittently for about five months when a water main replacement project begins Monday night, Nov. 1. Cradar Enterprises of Roseburg will perform the replacement.
